This is an intentional choice: we treat your enrolment as an invitation, not a simple transaction. This process serves two crucial purposes: first, it allows us to vet for a philosophical and professional fit, ensuring you understand and value the deep proprietary content and the lineage of the Master’s work. By confirming your commitment and alignment with our unique discipline, we guarantee that the experience is maximized for every dedicated participant.

Second, the application is the very first step in your premium, high-touch client experience. It immediately reinforces the exclusivity and high value of the course, setting it apart from standard offerings and eliminating those who are merely price shopping. The information you provide allows the Master to gather critical intelligence and tailor the curriculum and experience to your specific professional objectives and the legacy you are seeking to forge. Upon successful review, you will receive a personal follow-up from our dedicated concierge to complete your enrolment, ensuring a seamless and customized journey from the very beginning.

Investment and Commitment Policy for Master Residencies

Due to the ultra-small class size and the bespoke nature of the materials and planning involved, we adhere to a firm financial commitment policy that honours the integrity and exclusivity of the Master Lineage.

Securing Your Invitation

Upon acceptance of your application to The Elixir: Application-Only Master Residency, your place is secured through a financial commitment.

  • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of the total residency investment is required immediately upon signing your acceptance agreement.
    • This deposit acts as a definitive commitment, initiates the pre-residency preparation, and covers the bespoke administrative and planning costs associated with your highly personalized experience.

Full Payment Deadline

The remaining balance is required well in advance to ensure flawless execution of your high-end retreat experience.

  • Final Balance Due: The remaining 75% balance of your investment is required 60 days prior to the scheduled start date of your Master Residency.

Policy on Cancellation

Please review this policy carefully, as it reflects the difficulty of filling an ultra-exclusive, specialized spot on short notice.

  • Cancellations Made Before the 60-Day Deadline: If you cancel your confirmed placement more than 60 days before the start date, the 25% Non-Refundable Deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. Any other payments made toward the balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations Made Within 60 Days of the Start Date: Due to the severe impact a late cancellation has on the ultra-small cohort size, and the inability to replace a highly vetted participant at this stage, 100% of the total investment will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

We highly recommend that all international clients procure specialized travel insurance to protect their investment against unforeseen personal conflicts or circumstances. All correspondence related to scheduling and payment is handled with the utmost professional discretion by the Private Client Office.
