THE MOOT
BUKË KRIPË DHE ZEMËR
In the 1080 Lineage, the work does not begin with the chisel. It begins at the table.

The Moot is a cherished ritual—a gathering of craftspeople and comrades where the act of breaking bread is a prerequisite for the act of carving stone. Encapsulated in the motto “Bukë, Kripë dhe Zemër” (Bread, Salt, and Heart), this proverbial trifecta serves as our biological and social foundation.
The Protocol of Ingestion
To carve large-scale items with 1mm accuracy requires a state of physical and mental constancy. Regeneration is not a luxury we seek; it is a byproduct of the stability we maintain.
The Moot is designed to manage the Gut-Brain Axis. By sharing fermented, bio-available sustenance, we regulate the microbiome to eliminate systemic inflammation. A stable gut ensures a steady hand and a clear mind.
- BREAD (Bukë): Slow-fermented heritage grains. This is the foundational fuel, providing the sustained glucose stability required for high-intensity cognitive load.
- SALT (Kripë): The essential mineral baseline. Salt is the preserver and the catalyst for the electrolytic balance necessary for rapid neural firing and proprioceptive precision.
- HEART (Zemër): The generous heart of the host. The Moot provides the parasympathetic safety of true fellowship, allowing the practitioner to exit ‘fight or flight’ and enter the deep neuroplastic state required by the Michelangelo Protocol.
Regeneration as a Byproduct
At the Moot, we do not simply “eat.” We sync our internal environments. When your microbiome is aligned and your sensory intake—what you hear, see, and ingest—is curated, your biology recalibrates.
We return to the stone from the same physical and mental place every day. This is the secret to the 1080 Lineage: we don’t fix the body; we provide the discipline, and the body regenerates itself through the work.
From the Table to the Stone: Having established the biological baseline at the Moot, the practitioner is ready for the physical load.

Biological Calibration: The Daily Protocol
We accept four Initiates per annum. This limitation is not a marketing choice, but a biological one. The oversight required to manage the Mechanical Loading and the Moot Ingestive Discipline necessitates total focus.
